Mothers Day
I had a great mothers day, probably the best one yet. This was the first year my daughter recognized it was “my day”. She actually said that in a question form. “Wait it’s your day?” It was adorable….yet rewarding at the same time. We went to my Live In’s parents house on Sat then stayed the night and on the way back on Sunday stopped by my parents house. I never heard from my sperm donor (nick name for my daughter’s biological father-is that cruel?) that day until I had sent him a text asking him if he was still taking our daughter when I worked this week, then he goes “……oh yea and happy mothers day too….” How thoughtful….
.
I guess I say a lot of not soo good things about him…but it’s sometimes hard to find the good! He is funny and a good people person, he can comfortably talk to anyone which is a good characteristic but he’s carless, jobless, and very lazy. Not something I can work with! And speaking of work I better get going so I can get to work on time, yesterday I had a meeting that started at 8, my boss told me 8:30 (way to go) and here’s me walking in the meeting a half hour late while the president of the company was speaking. My boss still wouldn’t accept that it was her mistake because when I got back to work she goes “Well why did the email say 8:30?” I wanted to say to her, “It didn’t you b*tch, it said 8!!! Thanks a lot!!” But I didn’t I just said, “Well I don’t know.”
Okay off, to my wonderful job full of wonderful people!!!
